Where are you located?

The Print House, 11 West Cross, Tenterden TN30 6JR

 

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3pm, and check-out is by 11am Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. 

 

Do you offer parking?

Yes, we provide limited parking for guests.

 

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we welcome small pets for an additional fee of £15.

 

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the restaurant and hotel

How can I make a reservation?

You can book directly on our website, by phone, or through popular booking platforms.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations may incur a fee.

 

Do you offer family rooms or extra beds?

Yes we do have travel cots available upon request.

 

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

The rooms are not air conditioned but we do have fans available on request.

 

Do you offer daily housekeeping?

Yes, daily housekeeping is included.

We can do airport transfers and shuttle services at an additional fee.

Yes, we have a private lounge available on request.

Do you require reservations?
Reservations are recommended, especially at weekends or bank holidays. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.

Can non-hotel guests dine at the restaurant?
Yes, our restaurant is open to both hotel guests and the public. 

Menu & Dining

Do you serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
Yes to lunch and dinner. Please refer to our opening hours above for information regarding specific times for each sitting. Please note that breakfast is for hotel guests only.
 
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer a variety of dishes for different dietary needs. Please let us know about any allergies or specific dietary requirements when ordering.
 
Do you have a children’s menu?
Yes, we offer a kids’ menu with smaller portions and family-friendly options.
 
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes we do however proof of age may be requested. We do not serve alcohol to anyone below the age of 18.

Is there a dress code?
Whilst we do not operate a dress code We kindly ask our guests to dress appropriately. 

Do you allow dogs?
Yes, we are and we welcome all well behaved dogs.
